Qui est à l’origine de tout cela ?
Chaque communauté a ses origines. La nôtre a commencé avec quelques femmes animées par une mission : jeter des ponts entre la Pologne et la France dans les domaines des affaires, de l’éducation et de la vie quotidienne.
Paulina Courbis-Poncet
Spécialiste en communication et prise de parole en public, coach et consultante certifiée Extended DISC®. Avec 20 ans d’expérience en marketing et communication, elle se consacre au renforcement des compétences relationnelles au sein des équipes.
Elle anime des formations spécialisées en storytelling, prise de parole en public et autoprésentation. Elle est également l’auteure du podcast « Biznesowy One Wo/Man Show », une initiative qui assure la promotion des entrepreneurs polonais, tant au niveau national qu’international.
Agnieszka Pociecha
Forte de plus de 15 ans d’expérience dans la transformation, l’optimisation des processus et la stratégie RH. Elle a exercé son expertise tant au sein de startups que de grandes organisations internationales, y impulsant des changements durables.
Sa philosophie est simple : une véritable transformation allie efficacité opérationnelle et relations humaines authentiques. Les améliorations ne sont pérennes que si les individus les acceptent et se les approprient. Elle est la fondatrice des espaces Purposeful Futures et APurpose.
Bożena Otto
Riche de 25 ans d’expérience dans la direction et le développement de projets business, networking et culturels. Elle opère sur le marché de l’immobilier commercial et du M&A (fusions et acquisitions) en France, en Pologne ainsi que sur certains marchés européens.
Elle accompagne les investisseurs, les propriétaires et les entrepreneurs en tant que partenaire de confiance, reconnue pour son efficacité à générer des contacts, initier des projets et créer des synergies entre les personnes et les idées.
Ewa Kaluzinska
En tant qu’avocat franco-polonais, elle conseille et accompagne depuis 25 ans des ETI/PME , startups, des groupes étrangers.
Ella a également développé un savoir-faire particulier dans l’accompagnement sur mesure et au niveau global des projets d’investissements en France de groupes internationaux. Ses interventions recouvrent le conseil en matière d’implantation, de gouvernance d’entreprise et de contrats internationaux (joint-ventures, partenariats, des contrats de distributions ou de coopération, etc.). Formée en négociation et en médiation, elle pratique comme médiateur ou comme avocat accompagnateur. .
